Okay, so I think my vagina is too big. Or I have too much fat on it, whatever. I'm really self conscious about it because it bothers me a lot. If I lay down flat, it sticks up through my pants and I'm afraid someone will notice. I don't find it attractive. Please, don't tell me to accept me for who I am because I'm a very confident person but my vagina I think is too big. Are there exercises I can do everyday to help get rid of some of that fat on it? I see all my friends in the locker room and in their underwear their vaginas are all like, flat, but mine sticks out and it's just too big. What can I do?? I'm not interested in creams or surgery, but exercises/foods would really help me out. Please help, I'm really self conscious about this.
Additional info, added Sunday December 9 2007, 7:07 pm: PS--
I'm 13/f
I'm planning on losing 10-15 pounds in the next few months
Would that help too?? Any specific exercise machines? I love using the elliptical and treadmill, so it'd be great if those could help reduce the size.. "job" done. [ Christina7's advice column | Ask Christina7 A Question ]
