ugghh cell phone recovery

okay so my dad stole my cellphone and deleted everything then gave it back to me so now i have none of my contacts or anything...is there any way i can get them back..i have a verizon plan..and the razr cellphone.

sorry, there's nothing you can do :( just take one of your friend's phones and get numbers out of it, that's the best thing i can think of (besides making a facebook group, but those are annoying).

Why would your dad delete everything and then give it back to you? That's really random. But, if he deleted everything off of your phone, I don't think that there's anything you can do but put everything back into your phone.
