Attitude Adjustment. I'm normally a ridiculously happy person, but during a class trip I was really downing the vibe. Everything and everyone was beginning to frustrate me and it's not because I'm moody; these people were simply being annoying...
My question is:
despite all the annoyances I may be presented with, what is a good way to overlook them and be a ray of sunshine?

Just try to control yourself, don't mind annoying people. Just stick to the people whom your comfortable with ( who will not annoy you). Just don't force your self to join with the people that your not comfortable with because you might burst in front of them when you get really annoyed. ]
I can relate to that at times! Try focusing on things that you enjoy and ignoring what annoys you.
I started my own site, Jamtoria's Advice on Myspace and am trying to go further with it. I also started my own blog page. Maybe try something like that, or focus on a sport or anything. But my personal favorite is thinking that I can be something and all the annoying things and letdowns make us who we are.
