My back was slightly hunched last year, and my doctor told me it was because I was wearing a one-sholder backpack to school. He said I needed to wear a bag with two straps, so it's equal on both shoulders. I took his advice, and the next year my back had straightened itself out.

The best thing to do is to stand against the wall and align your back (your whole body) with the wall. And stay that way. Just catch yourself everytime. But you have to get to it, because one you start going through puberty, your spine begins to harden, and if you're hunched, you will most likely stay hunched. I heard it directly from the doctor's lips!

CHIROPRACTORS ARE AMAZING!!! Seriously. I strongly recommend one. You won't realize how uncomfortable your back & posture were before until after you have gone through the treatment. And it prevents worse posture from happening later on.
