okay i want a free thing that does all the cool things that photoshop does, like makes you look really cool, like pretty, flawless, can make one thing color and the rest black and white and stuff like that.
can anyone give me a website please? thank you!

you only get a 30 trial. but you just keep downloading it. its not the best for your computer, but it works !
oh, and if you want all the filters that photoshop has, it has most of them but they're called effects.
