1. I'm getting Halo Combat Evolved for the PC for my cousin this christmas and he has a Windows XP. Is the game compatible with Windows XP?
2. I downloaded a game from the net and it seems pretty laggy sometimes (my computer can only support like the low graphics of the game). I heard theres something like a Graphics Card that can help improve the graphics of the game and make it less laggy. Where can I find one thats cheap and what exactly is it called? Like any brand?
2) Yes a graphics card is an absolute must to see what H CoE can offer. First check if your comp supports a Graphics card. This can be checked using the available expansion slots on the mother board. There should be one of either an AGP Slot or a PCI-Express slot on your comp.
Then check what type of graphics card is supported it will be either of the ones mentioned above. Go get one, install the drivers and play on!

2. Well, a moderate graphics card will cost you about $120. if your computer is relatively new, and this gave has heavy requirments, you will probably need a really good one for aroung $250. [ russianspy1234's advice column | Ask russianspy1234 A Question ]
