I tried to lie
okay so I hooked up with this guy one of my best friends has a thing for. I had no intention to and I have no feelings for him at all. when she asked me if I hooked up with him, I said no first but then I told her the truth 2 seconds later because I cant lie to my best friend. Now she is mad at me because i attempted to lie. what should i do?

just try talking to her. if she's really your best friend then she'll forgive you. Just apologize tell her that you made a mistake and that you feel bad for it. If she is truly your best friend she will forgive you just dont get mad at her for being upset and accept that you made a mistake. She'll come around.

Well, you need to apologize for lying. Give her some time to cool off about it and explain that you originally told her the lie because you didn't want to hurt her with the truth, but realized a lie would hurt her more, so you came clean about it.

You should try to call her and make time to talk! Then say you are sorry and you didn't have any intention or feelings for him! If she is really your friend she will be friends with you again! :) Also if you have any more questions please ask RjRamos! :):)
