body image i lived in nc for a long time then i moved to pa. i recently came back down and all my friend told me how much weight i had lost. i thought it was really strange because i thought i had gained alot of weight. is it just in my head that i project myself as being heavier like when anorexic people look in the mirror and they see someone who's like 100 pounds heavier than they actually are?

well.. muscle weighs for than fat.. so if you mean on a scale you think you weigh more.. think about that. and maybe you jsut notice other things about your body than before.. like the peoplebelow "you grew into your body" example: bigger hips doesnt mean your fat, girls are supose to have something like 17-25% body fat. ]
hey, i live in pa too :] ]
You are freaking out.
Like DearAbby said, you probably just grew into your body. ]
don't worry about it...i changed schools and when i went to visit my teacher she said i looked a lot thinner when i had thought i gained a lot of weight...you probably just got taller and thinned out. ]
