major help, please

i have no idea what to do. i mean, i have my own column.. i should be able to hanlde this. im suffering depression.. i dont think my antidepressants i have are kicking in yet. between now and march i lost 25 lbs.. went threw an eating disorder.. and now am currently a binge eater and beat myself up for it by trying to purge and eating myself sick.. then eating more. i am discusting i can't even stand myself. i say, "no more binge eating" but i just forget it everytime i get near a whole load of food. i was 98 lbs now im back to 105 (5'3") and i feel so fat because i gained weight. i know its mostly muscle that i need but i want to loose like 2 lbs and i cant because i just binge eat. i mean, i want to be a dietitian when im older and cook healthy and live healthy but i cant when i have eating disorders. please help..

This isn't what you want to hear, but 105 pounds at 5'3'' is very thin! You don't need to lose any weight at all. You're perfect the way you are.
Stay the way you are, maybe put on a couple of pounds.
If you want to cook, eat, and live healthy, then you have to eat. There is even nothing wrong with eating a lot sometimes. It sounds like what you need is to straighten out your diet. You need to eat at least 3 meals a day. Try eating 5-6 meals a day. 3 main meals (even small if you don't want to gain too much weight), and then have 2 or 3 snack times. Your metabolism will skyrocket and you'll still stay thin. But you'll be healthy thin! Sexy thin! Unlike most of us, you have the potential to be perfect. Honestly, most girls and guys would say that your perfect weight (at 5'3'') would be 115.
I'm extremely hard on myself as well, I've had my share of eating disorders. I've been up and down. I'm not at all happy with my weight this year, so I'm starting to work out. I know its not easy to listen to someone say shit like this, because in the end all that matters is what you think. I didn't listen to anyone, but I finally woke up and saw that the healthier I ate, the healthier and better I looked.
