Hair falling out

I lose a lot of hair. I was wondering why this was. Is it due to stress or do I have a nutrient defincienty?

that happened to me last year....ALOT! like when i would put all of my hair together, and pull my hands through, like 45 hairs would come out. i think its from straightening your hair to much (if you do that"/) or just lack or nutrients. I started to use this shampoo and conditioner called tressume. it works sooo good, it makes your hair soft silky and full of lust. lol
anywho, it stopped all of that, and now my hair is super healthy.

btw, you can get it at like target or something.

well some people loose more hair then others 100 strands a day to be exact is what u should loose if it is more than this and u are a person who stresses alot i would put it down to that if not ithink ushould go see a doctor

I answered a question like this the other day so this should be of use :

Your hair loss could be from a number of reasons, so to find out your cause, you should see a doctor.
Here are a few examples:
*Are you on any medication?
*Do you have any illnesses/medical conditions?
*Do you dye it or treat your hair often?
*Are your eating habits bad?
*Alopecia

Just so you know, the average amount of hair a person loses daily is 100. So are you 100% sure you're losing alot more? It could be in your imagination!
