I have a friend, and she has been my best friend for seven years. Recently, we got in a huge fight, and we weren't talking for three weeks. So i thought we were done being friends. I took her completely off of my top friends on myspace, and she called me crying when she found out. So i put her back on. But while i wasn't talking to her, i started a really good friend ship with another girl, and we became better friends then me and the other girl ever were. Now that me and my original bff are okay again, she thinks were bff's again, when really the other girl is the better friend. But the two don't get along, and expect me to be their best friend. Im so confused.

It is a good thing to have more then one even if they don'[t like eachother. It is ok..as long as you don't put them together or get them into fights. If you like them both then keep it the way it is even tho they are compleatly different. You can still be friends with both..it doesn't matter what the others do to eachother, as longas you are happy with what is going on. You can try to make them become friends but don't force it. If they don't wnat to be friends with eachother then just keep them seperate but close to you. It will all work out in the end. Good luck

it doesn't necessarily mean you have to choose one over the other, but you have to let your old friend know that things won't be the same between you two. you're probably excited about your new "bff" because you know, who isn't? but make sure you're not completely neglecting the older one because that pretty much signifies you don't care about what you two have been through [ adverb's advice column | Ask adverb A Question ]
