i'm a nineteen male, and i have been experiencing thinning hair and i'm just a teen. Why do you think this is happening?
I eat healthily, work out and don't have much stress/i don't smoke, drink or do drugs. I also don't wear a cap often. The only thing that could be the problem is my snakebites which I pierced on my lips..would that be a cause for my hair fall?
Please help if you have any shampoo or products I could use. I heard using conditioner everyday is bad for your hair.is that true? and I also have VERY dry hair, please help...thanks a lot

I assume if you use conditioner every day, you must wash your hair everyday. Do not do that. It strips your hair of it's natural oils. (Just to clear things up, conditioner isn't bad.) but since you have dry hair, don't wash it as often as you normally do.
Your hair loss could be from a number of reasons, so to find out your cause, you should see a doctor.
Here are a few examples:
*Are you on any medication?
*Do you have any illnesses/medical conditions?
*Do you dye it or treat your hair often?
*Are your eating habits bad?
*Alopecia
Just so you know, the average amount of hair a person loses daily is 100. So are you 100% sure you're thinning? It could be in your imagination!
Look around for products (shampoos, conditioners, sprays etc) which can strengthen your hair.
Although I'm sorry to say if you are losing alot of hair, there's not really any products which work and can help it grow back. They're all money gimmicks. and you have to hope it grows back on it's own.
Best of luck. [ thelaura's advice column | Ask thelaura A Question ]

Using conditioner everyday is not bad for your hair, it is actually recommended for someone with dry hair to use conditioner every time you use shampoo. You should not use shampoo every day, though, because it has a negative effect on the balance of the hair. [ the_unexpected's advice column | Ask the_unexpected A Question ]
