If the previous connection booster's you've tried didn't work, it's probably time to make sure you have an antivirus program, and get rid of them. Having viruses on your computer could be significantly slowing down your ADSL, so you could see the first step in a connection-speed booster as getting rid of anything like that.
Second of all; If there is a booster which will help, it will be available from your ISP (host/provider). Search their website to see if there is one.
Thirdly; with ADSL, there is usually not much that can be boosted. It's a fairly efficient connection, and compression and decompression isn't as efficient as it is when you're just dealing with a dialup connection. In short, your ISP probably won't provide a booster for ADSL customers, only for dialup.

And i advise you not to use any of them, although there may be atleast one out there that actually is a true internet speed increaseer! I'm not too sure though. But i advise you not to use any or download any!
