I dont like him like that, let alone even like him.
There is this guy that I work with, and he's like 19, 20? And I'm sixteen, he always flirts with me and even asked me out once, I dont like him. I pretend to be atleast, "nice" as in friend nice, to him at work. But I cant stand him, he's disgusting, I would never date him. And I have no interest whatsoever in him, not even being friends with him, he's like obsessed he keeps trying to add me on facebook, but I dont accept. He's a moron. He thinks hes so cool, he's not even going to college, and thats his own problem. But I like boys that persue education and learning. and thats not even the point.
How,.. do I .. get rid of him?

Ok well it seems like he doesn't seem to get the picture so y don't you just tell him to go to college make something of himself and get a better then maybe he might have a chance with you but untill that time comes stay away from me because I don't talk to LOSERS I talk to acheivers like this guy I am talking to know then maybe he will back the hell up! Trust me I am 17 now and I had 5 years of that happen to me you just have to tell that idiot guy how it is you know?

tell him that you are sixteen and you don't like that he is always flirting with you and making you feel uncomfortable. first of all your work place should feel safe and obviously you don't. tell him you aren't interested in someone who isn't doing anything with their life and if that doesn't work tell your manager part of their job is making all their employees feel comfortable.
