never use your teeth and grab the shaft you don't need to stick the whole thing in your mouth and then just kinda change things up sometimes suck hard sometimes soft use your tongue and never make it seem like it's something you just have to do otherwise they won't enjoy it as much they'll think you don't like it

To be honest, sometimes it depends on the guy. Some guys like it harder than others and certain ways; you just got to try and see what he likes (the best way to find out how to give really good oral sex, is by asking him how he likes it).
