I am going to answer these as clearly as I can and to the best of my ability.
1) Oral sex, when performed by a female on a male is when the female puts the mans penis in his mouth and sucks on it, usually accompanied by motion of sliding it in and out, mimicking the act of sex. When a man does it to a woman, he licks the womans vagina usually around the clitoris, which is the most sensitive part of the vagina. 2. How old is he? The easiest thing is to see what he needs. Maybe it's some new clothes.
