Hi, I am 16 years old, I am 5'5" and i weigh about 117 pounds. I want to weigh at least 125 pounds and this calculator said that I should be eating at least 2000 calories a day and i should gain one pound a week. I figured I should write down tomorrow what I eat and calculate how many calories I have had in the day to see how much I eat in the first place and adjust accordingly. What sorts of stuff should I do to create a list of things to eat everyday, because thats a lot of calories. Any tips or suggestions are welcome.
LOL_x0x answered Wednesday November 7 2007, 8:42 pm: Just make sure not to start binge eating fat filled foods. If you want to gain weight, do it in a healthy way. Check food labels, and eat nutrient dense foods. Aka, foods with more nutrients than fat. Try google for more tips =]
