anxiety over small things. 15/f/good student.
here's the scenario:
we're supposed to buy and bring a book to school on a certain day. i forget, and don't buy it. i realize that i didn't buy it when it's already too late to get it. i start to freak out, thinking that the one F i'll get for not bringing the book will affect me a lot. i start to FREAK out.
same thing with homework/tests and studying. just the TINIEST things make me freak out/panic.
does anyone know why this is?

When something happens like this again just take a deep breath and realize that it's not the end of the world. You'll have other opportunities to get a better grade. The same thing goes with homework and tests. Just take a deep breath and do your best. ]
just remember that like 10 minutes later all will be forgotten and it wont be a big deal anymore. ]
