okay i need help on a similie for leadership.. im using leadership is like the sun.
it shines through even the darkest clouds.
its always there to brighten up you day

anything else i could add??

No offense, but that isn't even relevant to the definition of leadership.

Try something along the lines of "Leadership is like a bright light that attracts insects. You don't know why you are drawn to it, but you are."

Quirky, but it makes a hell of a lot more sense.
