a lot of people think that eating disorders only affect girls, but they're wrong. you didn't exactly say how you lost the weight, but it still sounds as though you do have an eating disorder (even if you ate normally but exercised obsessively, it's still considered part of one)

it sounds like you have a skewed body image. there are many places you can go for counseling that deal with this problem.

You were about the right weight for your height before...and now i fear you are drasticly underweight. Maybe you were feeding into the pressures of needing to be thin and skinny?
I suggest to see a doctor, he should tell you the proper weight for your height and age.
If you are eating regularly and not binging and purging you should be okay for the most part. But if you feel something is wrong or feel weak, i think you should change what is making you feel as so.
Wish you the best.

Whats wrong with you is that you need to be satisfied with your weight, it depends, but if you're 6'5" and 180 you probably look really skinny anyways. If you have/had muscle, it weights A LOT more than fat, yet is nice and compact and lean. So try working out, and worry less about how other people see you.

I'm 5'10" I wrestle, I'm on the cross country team, and track team. I have veins that come out of my shoulders, chest, arms, legs, and forehead (when I'm working out). I eat very healthy, and exercise every day. I often run 6-10 miles a day, or condition for 3 hours. and I still find it extremely hard to make it down to 130, I'm at 140 right now and I don't see myself going less than 135.

Being 6'5" and 180 is pretty skinny, without exercise I'm 5'10" 170.
