I wouldn't think so. This is more of a question for WebMD, but even I don't think so, since if you pop your back, why would that stop places like your torso and legs from growing. This is just an educated guess, and I'm not positive. But I am fairly sure that you would keep on growing, I wouldn't worry about it.
