Maybe you're worrying because of your gymnastics, my friend does that. However, working out is a good idea in general. You can run up and down stairs, it really does give your legs and butt a good workout.
I really don't have any suggestions on losing weight because I think you don't need to, though I can give you a secret...if you eat in small portions, you don't gain anything hardly. Make your hand into a fist, and use that as an example of how big your portion should be for each food. [ LagunaBabe's advice column | Ask LagunaBabe A Question ]

wow. Ok,first, your not fat and you DON'T need to lose weight. Even if "gymnastics season" is coming.
You don't have to be skin and bones.
BUT if you say that you need some tips, then you should do sit ups and crunches. The sit ups will help the stomach and the crunches will help your butt.
hope that's all you need [ lovefalls8's advice column | Ask lovefalls8 A Question ]
missbananafontana answered Friday October 26 2007, 4:20 pm: You shouldn't lose weight. I am 13, am 5"5 and weigh 125 lbs. And that is perfectly healthy. You are probably perfectly healthy too. If you're just out of shape, and want to be more athletic, go biking or swimming. Trust me, your weight is fine. [ missbananafontana's advice column | Ask missbananafontana A Question ]
