the secound site i gave you, about casablanca, is really good, i've actully been their myself, ( i love to act to)
moving to CA would be a great idea, just make sure its what you really want, i'd suggest geting an agent before moving though, just so its for sure.
good luck! and be careful who you hire for your agent and who you go to for auditions, not all people are trustworthy when it comes to show biz.

A principal agent that represents 5-10 actors and works to get you cast in theatre/film/TV roles will not take you on at this point due to a lack of professional credits.

Therefore, it will be quite awhile before you land a lead on a Disney show. You should however, be doing as many plays as you can in community theatre and working on your improv, acting and dance skills if so inclined.

Right now the only agent you could get is a background talent agent. Go through SAG (Screen Actor's Guild of America) or ACTRA for a list of reputable background agents and don't sign with anyone not on that list.

They will put you in crowd scenes in movies and TV shows filming in your town/city or a larger city nearest ypou. You can actually make a decent living doing it.

Do not turn to the Internet looking for legitimate work. Casting directors and reputable Hollywood people and agents never use the Internet to cast anything period. If you see people claiming to be able to do that or put your photo on the Internet run for the hills as it's a classic scam. They just want your money.

This brings me to my next point do not pay for photos, lessons of any kind or to be represented by someone as that too is a scam.

Reputable agents do not take money to represent you with the only exception being background talent agencies and kids/teen agencies because kids and their parents tend to flake out when they see it's a lot of work.
