Getting Him to Notice
I want to get a guys' number. I mean I know how to flirt, i'm acutally very good at it, it's whatever. but like, for some reason.. I can't get myself to ask him.. I want him to ask me.. but idk, I know he's interested. We talk all the time.. and we always sneak smiles and everytime we see eachother we just immediatly walk up to eachother and start talking.. what can I do to get myself out there more? What can I do to show him that I want him to make a move, or vice versa?

What I have done is write my number on a peice of paper and then the next time your talking to him real flirty take the paper and give it to him and say "call me tonight we can hang out or something" or sumthing like that and then leave and also just invite him to somewhere and if you know he likes you say can i call you tonight? and then he will be like sure and then he will give u his number or ak if you have it. Even if you stole it from your friends phone :P or sumthing say no so he can give it to you unless for some reason you called him and he knows you have it. Good luck and have fun!

I would suggest that you mention hanging out or invite him to hangout. If he seems interested then ask him for his number so you can call him with all the details.
Another thing i would suggest is you should do more touchy flirting. For example lightly push him when you walk by him or something like that.

That is deffinatley a good idea.
Mention something about hanging out, at your place, or his place. Or maybe a date to the movies :)
In order to be able to meet up, you must trade numbers to keep in contact.
Then afterwards, you two will start hanging out and such.
Seems to me he already notices you and maybe he's just waiting for you to make the move? You never know.
