However, if you suffer from this condition and it was the cold which bought it on here's some advice from a fellow asthmatic.
Definitly use your Asthma medication puffer. Maybe about 1-2 puffs every few hours. If it starts to get really bad, increase the dosage and whatever you do STAY CALM, it usually worsens when you get really stressed. However if after a few days it doesn't seem to go away go to your doctor for proper medical advice and maybe to give you something stronger.
