I wouldnt. I cant think of a single girl ive met who had copious enough hair to bother me in the least.

However, if a girl had stubble arms, that WOULD bother me. I like my ladies soft, most guys do, and the short hairs on arms are usually soft enough to be pretty much unnoticable.

Do what you wish. It's not weird. Some people don't like hair there. It would probably grow back after around 2 days, so you'd have to keep at it.
Look into different hair removing methods, like creams if you're sensitive and don't want to shave there too often.

I shave my arms. But once you start you can't stop, haha. It grows back fast, and prickly. So if you decide to, you'll have to be consistent with it. It's not weird to shave anything on your body. So shave whatever you wanna. lol (:

I'm not sure how long it would take the hair to grow back, however I DO NOT recommend this. I use Sally Hansen's Shower and Shave Off product. I swear by it, it works so well and it's a really long time before the hair starts to grow back. I definitely recommend this product.
