cardboard
My mom got me one of those big boxes of the cardboard applicator tampons and i'm having trouble putting them in because it hurts. I'm used to using the plastic kind. I don't want to go make her get plastic so any tips to using the cardboard kind? I want to know how to put both the plastic and the cardboard in.

open up your legs more. so your vagina is wide open. If you know how to put a plastic in, then thats how you do it. Its easy to stand up and put it in, and open up your legs wide. so it doesnt hurt when your at a awkward angle. I hope everything works out for you! Also, if you have to go to the bathroom, dont wipe, put the tampon in so it slides in easier and then wipe. its much better and so easy to get it.

I recommend reading the instuction booklet that comes with it, it tells you more information that you can imagine, most of the time.
Sorry I'm not able to give you any more information, but I don't use tampons much, mostly just pads.

read the box and the pamflits and next time ask your mom to get pllastic i had the same problem so when you use the cardbord push the tampon up till its rounded on the top of the cardbord then put it in that way the cardbord wont hurt to bad but yea next time ask your mom to get plastic ^^
