me and my boyfriend have had sex like 5 times and i havent told my mom but she wants to take me to the gyno just to get on birth controll. if ur under the age of 18 do the gynos tell your parents if ur not a virgin?

If you ask your gyno not to tell your parents then they won't.
But since your mom is taking you to get you put on birth control she probably already thinks your sexually active, so it shouldnt be a big deal either way.

Nope, doctor/patient confidentiality applies.
The only exception would be if you TOLD them you were abused, then by law they have to tell parents/law enforcement. They can't tell your parents anything otherwise.
Anyway, since your mom's already sending you to be put on birth control she's either assuming that you've had sex or will in the future. Plus, the doctor can't even tell if you're a virgin or not from the exam. Don't worry about it.

No they are not allowed to tell them if you ask them not too. They can only share things with your parents that are harmful to you. If they were to tell one of your parents they can get in a lot of trouble because there are certain rules and things that they have to follow as a doctor.
