Am I normal??
Every time I see a diagram that has small inner vaginal lips.. mine are smaller in the back but they are big in the front and they can be annoying and get in the way when I have sex. What's wrong with me? Is it genetic?

There isn't anything wrong with you, it's normal for it to be different sizes. Unfortunately, the only thing you can do about it is to have surgery, which I do not recommend, but that's just my opinion.

You're normal. Everyones vagina comes in different shapes, sizes, colours.
If it gets in the way of sex badly and it really lowers your self esteem, you could get surgery to cut away excess parts. This should only be considered as a last resort though.
You can't expect something like a vagina to be pretty. I don't think you should worry about it so much.
