The best free defragmenter is DirMS-S:

Don't use Buzzsaw-S, it's a waste of resources.

There aren't ever any advanced settings in a defragmenter. They do a somewhat complex task, but they always do it the exact same way every time. DiRMS has exactly 5 buttons in the entire program, but I know from experience that it is the most effective defragmenter there is.

Remember that defragmenters don't speed up a computer. They increase storage read speed, and that's it.

ah yea i know what you mean. the defrag should already be in your compy, just go to start, search, click on all files and folders, then after that type defrag and you should see it.Also type up disk cleanup. That should work too, make sure to do it every month, but don't do it too much otherwise you'll fuck up the computer. Hope this helps. take care now.

Your computer should have come with it...go to "Start", "Programs", "Accessories", "System Tools", and "Disk Defragmenter" should be an option. I hope this works for you!
