those are boyshorts sometimes they are referred as girl briefs. some of them have the style of briefs, so yeah!

they are comfy to wear but while changing in PE, those bunch up sometimes when putting jeans back on. Kind of annoying.

edit:

pretty much any store in the mall has some.

like forever21, anchor blue, hot topic, pac sun, macys. just look near the bra OR backpack/jewelry sections of most stores.
