i have contacts, and i was wondering how do i clean my contact lenses case i keep them in overnight clean? is there something special i have to clean them with?

This brand recently came out with a solution that is said to retain extra moisture in the contacts and it works well for me. You use it for rinsing in addition to disinfecting, I believe. The contact lens solution is what you use to clean your contacts and contact case, to wash off any particles that may adhere to the contacts. Also, I wash my hands with soap and water and dry my hands on a paper towel or let my hands air dry as to not touch bacteria when I want to put in my contacts.

Also, if you don't trust that, you can just get a new case, they aren't that expensive and you can usually get them free at the eye-doctors office.
