my boyfriend and i have been together for over a year and 3 months..
OK. so I have no idea what to get my boyfriend for Christmas and his birthday. His [[ 18th ]] birthday is February 13th and well, I dont have a whole lot of money to spend on him. He spent a bunch of money on me for my birthday this year and I HAVE TO get him something good.
His hair is a huge deal to him, he has it long right now but is cutting it tomorrow, it's really curly [[ which i love, i even call him my "curly" ]] but he hates his curls and is always running his curling iron through his hair to try to straighten it a little. So I'm thinking a hair straightener.. What else? Do you know of any good hair products?
i cant get him clothes because all the bands' [[ that he likes ]] shirts i can think of, he already has...
He really likes taking baths with candles and stuff. lol.

he's not. believe me.
oh! when i asked him what he wanted he said a lap dance... lol... i would, but i haven't danced like that in years. so i dont know.

You have little love quotes and its cute and it can show how much you really do care about him. Although, if you do make a scrapbook, i think you would have to get him something else...like idk..bath bubbles or something

oh i just thought of this if you did make a scrapbook..you could ask his mom for like a baby picture of him. on one of the first pages, you could put a picture of you and him as babies and then write:

Ok so my clothes have this faint smell of b.o. Eurgh i know. I really dont know how to get rid of it. I put my clothes in the wash but its still there. I have 2 showers daily and I use Sure deoderant. I really dont know what to do because it's starting to affect my school uniform and I dont want people at school to know about this. I really need this GONE!

If this is a girl you could use Secret Clinical Strength deodarant. It can help you stop sweating in your armpits, which could be causing your body odor. You can buy it at Walgreens or Target.
If this is a boy you could use Degree Clinical Protection which does pretty much the same stuff. You can also get this at Walgreens or Target.
Sorry but i disagree with the person below me, i would definately not use febreeze. I personally don't like the smell. But even if I did like it, people mostly use that on couches and rugs. It would be weird to smell like that all day.

yeah, its been going on for two years...it all started when I was helping my friend move. It was a pretty dirty yard. dirt and dust everywhere if that helps... it will crack and dry up and leave sores all over my middle finger, but after a certain period of time, it will clear back up and do it all over again. it was originally on my middle finger, and then it spread to my ring finger and then my pinky... does anyone know what it is or how it happened and how i can cure it? its got so bad that i can hardly move my finger. i'll rate anyone who helps. thanx (link)

Is there any free internet voice teaching program where I could become good at singing? I feel like my voice is sort of dull/raspy and gravelly (sp?) Homecoming dance is this Saturday Night.
Im going with a group of friends, and theyre all going to this one guys house. He's my neighbor so me and all my girlfriends will stay at my house and walk over to his to meet up with out dates.
But after that, how do we get from his house...to dinner...to the dance?
Were all 15, and none of us can drive
It would be awkward for our parents to drive us, since this isn't a middle school dance with 13 year olds...

If you or one of your friends has an older friend that is trust-worthy and responsible; you should ask them. The problem with that is the other parents may not trust the driver.
It would probably be best if you found someone like that, because your parents could convince the others of how trustworthy he/she is.
But i mean, having one of your parents drive isn't that embarassing. They understand how important homecoming is since they had one, and they won't be embarassing. (in most cases)

Well you see, my school's Halloween dance is tomorrow, and I want to temporarily dye part of my hair a color, but I don't have any hair coloring spray, nor do I have the time to get some. I was wondering if coloring your hair with any type of marker/sharpie would damage your hair? I'm positive highlighter washes out, but is it really bad? I have black hair, so obviously nothing would show up well.... except a silver sharpie! Could a silver sharpie damage your hair also? Since it's a type of permanent marker? And would it be washable? I tried it before, but I washed it out sorta right away, I didn't leave it in long. If highlighters/sharpies don't work, is there any material(s) that a typical house would have, that could possibly be used to color my hair? Please be specific and detailed and stuff! :] (link)

Yes, sharpie would definately damage your hair if you colored a lot of it. Permanent markers have acid in them, and that acid could eat away at your hair. I'm not sure about the effects of highlighter, although I'm positive that it won't show up in dark hair.
I've personally never used sharpie in my hair, but I've heard that it comes out after one shower.
If you had glitter, you could put that in your hair.

Hi, I'm going to a Halloween party tomorrow and I just bought a sexy nurse costume. This is way out of the ordinary for me, I'm usually all covered up, and I'm a bit of a bigger girl. I'm not a 'popular' girl, but I'm friends with all of them, and they will all be at the party along with their boyfriends & such. I'm just feeling like I made a mistake buying this 40 dollar costume, I feel like people are going to be talking about me behind my back, about how I look in it, and why is she wearing that? and stuff like that. So, I guess I just need some confidence boosters here. Cause, it's non returnable, and I'll feel horrible if I don't wear it, because I made my mom pay this much. Don't go into the party being self-conscience. Wear that outfit like your the sexy girl you are. People will see your confidence and will respect you.
But if you don't normally wear that kind of stuff and you go there all shy and reserved and wondering if their talking aobut you..they will notice. And that will make them talk. Do you get what I mean?

So this isn't a question about liking boys... I DON'T like anybody! I could think they're cute, but that's all. I'm 13/f and I'm not that comfortable thinking about being in a relationship. It makes me uncomfortable, and I can think "ewwwwwwwwwwwww" Some people like me, and it just makes things worse, because I do NOT like them, it's just, "eww".... I even feel weird about my dad or one of my boy teachers. I'm ok around people who I know probably don't like me, and if we're really good friends and stuff. I'm just not interested. One person who likes me, KNOWS that I don't like him, but he's obsessed or something, and it creeps me out. The other guy who likes me is my friend, which still makes me feel awkward. There was a rumor going around that he liked me, and it was annoying how people kept saying "guess what?! so and so likes you!" The same with the other guy! I could honestly care less about boys (no offense) and I love being single :] Boys are also rude, etc, etc, etc! (if you girls know what I mean) but girls can also too. Am I just not ready? You will definately grow out of this! And, yes you aren't really ready right now. Just know that, at this age nothing is really going to come out of having a boyfriend. You're not going to get married...you're not going to date for ten years. My point is that you should enjoy it while you can. but at the same time, if you enjoy being single tell those guys that, they will get the point and leave you alone!! Being single isn't bad and a lot of times it's better than dating someone. =)

I'm 15 years old, female i live in Iowa. i've never liked the computer much, but for the past six months, ive been on it every night for an average of five hours and sometimes more. the reason-- i met this guy, he's 17 and he lives in california. the first time i met him, we talked for 14 hours straight. (not exagerating) he's so great.. i can talk to him about anything and i'm understood so well.. i can understand him too and he says he's never felt the way he feels when talking to me...this probably sounds creepy but it's honestly not. i really love him.. i don't know why. i just do. i know 15 is young to love and probably to young. i've never felt this way about a guy.. i look at other guys and see nothing in them, no future. i just want him. We both have these feelings and want to meet. i know it's dangerous. I've been warned about how he can be different in person or not even be what he says he is. also that he could rap/kidnap/kill me. I know all of the bad stuff that can happen yet i still want to see what could happen. I don't want to ask myself 5 years from now what could have happened if we did meet. Even through all of this, i'm scared alot. it's so hard to like someone so much who is so far away. is it wrong for me to want to meet him in person?... if not.. what should i do? > (link)

It's not the best idea to meet in person. You just have to be very cautious. If you absolutely want to meet him, go to a public place, where people could see you if something went wrong. Also, bring a friend or parent and tell him to do the same. This is just an idea, but have your parents talk, because you do live a distance apart, and parents wouldn't appreciate it if you just walked out and left to go meet someone from the internet. ya know?
If he rejects any of these ideas you know he's not for real. Just remember you don't really know if he's for real. It could just be some pervert 40 year old looking for something to do.

When I was in cheerleading, over 6 years ago, I had problems with my knees and I could barely bend them. The next year in cheerleading it wasn't as bad but still hurt. I took a 2 year break and I was in dance for 3 years after that. During that time it would hurt every now and then in performances and also when i go to sleep. I haven' done dance in over a year and just from standin on my knees they hurt. The pain is coming from under my knee cap and at the top. In my athleic training class we had to do this clarks grind test where you press down on the knee cap and flex it to feel for grinding and my knee did just that.What could it be?? I know for a fact it's not a torn ligament. (link)

The same thing has happened to me before. You have an ingrown toenail. Your doctor can give you a anibiotic.
If you absolutely don't want to see a doctor, you can put antiseptic cream on your foot (Neosporine) and a bandaid. Also, twice a day, soak your foot in hot water and soap. Once your foot is all pruny, pull back the part that hurts (away from the nail), and that is where you should put the cream. Do this for about 10 days and you should be good to go!

It wasn't me personally, but one of my really close friends married their highschool sweetheart. They dated for 10 years and then he finally proposed. They are so adorable together, and they always seem to have the best times!
And the best part is, they are expecting in January! It's gonna be a boy!
