Got her number after 2 years, now what?

So i was on msn and someone told me this girl(an ex classmate) i used to like just broke up with her bf. i msned her and asked for her number which i got. now should i ask her on a date? or did she just give me her number cuz we r ex classmates and she din wanna b rude? fyi the time gap thing doesn't work with her, she goes into a new r/s 2 days after the prev one is over.

Well it's obvious that she did want to talk to you, beacause if she didn't then she would have never of given you her number. So i would just start off slow. Text her first. And just talk with her. Then once you guys talk a little maybe call her and ask her on a date. Hope this helps! Good Luck! (:
