They're interns. They just set everything up for the workers who are higher than them. They eventually get promoted.

Lauren and Whitney at one time both worked as interns for Teen Vogue. Simply put, that means they are at the bottom of the chain so to speak. Whitney recently got promoted to a coordinator for events. The two girls help models, organize clothing, select venues, and provide on set or on the shoot assistance when need be. :)

Well Lauren Conrad and Whitney work at Teen Vouge. They do little simple jobs for models that model for Teen Vogue. Like if they are modeling a runway for the models in New York they have to go down there and help the models with their outfits. I think on one episode Lauren had to go somewhere and give somebody a dress. I'm really not sure what they do but something that has to do with fashion. On Laguna Beach Lauren Conrad said she would go to school to be a fashion designer and that's why on the hills she's in school.
