for the physical fitness test in gym, i need to do at least 20 push-ups but i dont have good upper body strength. any at home tricks that i need no equipment for that will help greatly? thanks in advance!

Okay so once I wanted to do sooo many pushups and all I did was I started with 10, then everyday I would increase that number by 2... so at the end of the week, you'll be surprised! trust me, it works. once I was able to do 50! but then I stoped practicing. lol

Do them at home, a few a day, until your upper body strength is built up enough so that you can do 20 for your test.
