SHOES I've been buying heels lately and trying to break them in but I just hate it. When I wear them out I always end up bloody-heeled. It always skins the back of my foot and I have to take them off. I try to wear band-aids with them but they always slide off. Its inevitable... I always get my heels cut up! I step on the backs of the shoes to make them softer but still... OUCH!!
Any tips??

Generally, the more expensive the shoe the more comfortable it will be. Never buy a shoe that is too small and never complain if you're wearing heels when you could be wearing comfortable flats. It annoys the rest of us and spreads the notion that heels are not comfortable and they actually are. If your shoes are a titch too small or huge a half-size up then wearing too small shoes around you house for a week with the thickest pair of socks you can possibly find. They'll stretch out a tiny bit and then you should be fine. ]
As Laura said, you might be buying them a little small for your foot, and that's what makes them uncomfortable. Try going up a size & see if that helps. Also, if it's a heel you need to strap like a belt, I suggest you don't go to the last whole, try strapping it on the second one. ]
They may be too small.
Try a half size or
a whole size bigger.
