I have region choir auditions in the morning - so what are some good things I can eat/drink tomorrow morning before I sing that will help my voice, and what are things I need to avoid???

well one of my friends is a professional singer and i hear that salty food alctually helps before shows and lots of fluids ... good luck

get plenty of sleep, don't eat any dairy products, drink lukewarm water, eat healthy. humming helps, and make sure your posture is pretty good. good luck :)

Avoid milk and gum.
Lots of water.
Don't talk a lot, hum to relax your vocal cords.
Rub your shoulders so you aren't so tense.
Relax, once you get started you will be fine.
