Homecoming Dress looks bad...

Question Posted Wednesday September 26 2007, 6:28 pm

My freshman Homecoming is next Friday, and I need to lose as much weight as possible by then because My dress looks pretty bad on me. What can I do to make everything smaller? I'm going with this guy that I really like, and I want to impress him.

You can't lose a lot of weight in a week, so you won't be able to lose much. Maybe 3-4 pounds if you do it properly & healthy.

If you lose weight at a healthy rate, then that is about 4 pounds per week.
There is no miracle diet to make you lose lots of weight in 7 days. :(
