LANGUAGE BARRIER i go to a boarding school and my roommate is from korea.
ALL of her friends are from korea and they're my friends too- but the problem is- i never understand what the hell they're saying because they ALWAYS SPEAK KOREAN. and it offends me because it makes me feel excluded. she always brings them into our room too!
i want to kill myself it's that bad.
so what should i do? i can't just ask her to stop speaking her native language!

That's bad if you want to kill yourself that is not the solution, don't even think about it.You have to let this friend of yours know that you would appreciate it if she wouldn't speak her language when you're around because you don't understand it,it makes you feel bad not knowing what they are talking about because you can't engage in the conversation with them.I'm sure she'll understand. ]
Just tell them all. Really. Say listen guys, we are all friends. You seem to be forgetting I can't speak Korean! I feel like you are ignoring me and its really kind of rude. So until you teach me some Korean, could you speak English so I can be in on the conversation! Keep it light, not said in anger or anything.
I doubt they are doing it intentionally, just bring it to their attention. :) ]
