i need to loose 10 pounds in 2 weeks.

Maybe give some free advice about: Fitness? lostbutfound answered Monday September 24 2007, 7:56 pm: ok i dont know if it will work because as the person said below it's impossible to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks the healthy way but i guess this might help ok in the morning when you wake up befor you do anything else drink a glass of ice cold water or at least cold water then eat breakfast trust me but eat something like yogurt or fruit or something along those lines then instead of drinking soda or something with your meals or at all all day drink water with it it's best to chug a glass of water before you eat because then you wont be so hungary also defiantely exercise everyday for about an hour or so do some wlaking or running maybe some aerobic exercise or something also get eight hours of sleep a night and if your somewhere where theres an escalator or elevator take the stairs and of course eat healthier dont eat any junk food hope i helped [ lostbutfound's advice column | Ask lostbutfound A Question ]

keep active and stay off of junky foods and if you drink pop, stop. its very unhealthy for you.
