Account Settings > Spam > Uncheck "Require Approval Before Posting Comments" or whatever it is.

Go into your account settings & click spam. You'll see the options to get it to stop, and then you choose it.

Then you click save. I know how it feels to have to do that bullshit. I have never had to approve my comments ever, and then I randomly had to. I'm assuming that's the case with you as well.

Go to 'Account Settings' then to 'Spam' then uncheck the box that says 'Require approval before comments are posted' in the comments section then save all changes.
