I think im going to get the ab roller..wheel..thing for my stomach becuase im trying to work it out. Its the thing that is a wheel with little handles sticking out..hopefully you know what i mean. Question is, for how many minutes a day, and how many days, or weeks, or monthes whatever, will i need to use it in order to get a 6 pak. Or not even that, just some improvement from my one pack. Im not even fat, i just have wat looks like a big belly. So anyone who can answer me, thank you, ive never really worked out before.
