Working Out I think im going to get the ab roller..wheel..thing for my stomach becuase im trying to work it out. Its the thing that is a wheel with little handles sticking out..hopefully you know what i mean. Question is, for how many minutes a day, and how many days, or weeks, or monthes whatever, will i need to use it in order to get a 6 pak. Or not even that, just some improvement from my one pack. Im not even fat, i just have wat looks like a big belly. So anyone who can answer me, thank you, ive never really worked out before.

well if you have fat on your stomach then you need to lose pounds before the muscle you have underneath will show. Run on the treadmill/outside, do biking/elliptical training. Try to aim for an hour workout 3-7 days a week. But at least 3x a week. Count every calorie you consume.
But still do your ablounge every day. I'd try to do 200 reps every day, since that's how many crunches you're supposed to do daily.

Don't get a ab roller get an ab lounge or ablounge two that works a lot better.And when you use it do one hundered a day. ]
