every once in awhile my friends and i go out to drink...however i always gain weight after this becuase alcohol has sooo many cals and carbs.....what are some drinks i can buy ( and mixers) to not put on the pounds?

Vodka and diet coke! It actually tastes pretty decent.

Light beer and Bacardi Island Breeze. You can also go for a screwdriver, which has a lot less calories than a lot of other drinks.
