Matt answered Wednesday September 12 2007, 11:02 pm: Was your iPod very low on battery when you turned it off? Try plugging it back into your computer and see if that Apple sign flashes. Then hold down on the middle button for a bit and it might start up again. Sometimes your iPod's battery can get so low it can't turn itself on. [ Matt's advice column | Ask Matt A Question ]
