i do alot of working out and my legs are very muscular( very)...what is a way that i can lean them down a bit...becuase they are fit and have no cellulite on them but i would just like to make them tinnier now

I doubt that they are all muscle if they are THAT big because muscular legs tend to be slimmer and skinnier. Everyone I know who is on sports teams or very athletic has slim legs. I think you should try taking in less calories or go on a diet if you really want slimmer legs.

limit your calorie intake to 2500 calories a day. then down to 2000. this will strip you of fat. be sure to keep working out.
