*Try to see the crowd as only one person.
*You can try out the most common one which is to picture everyone in their underwear!
*May seem silly, but remember to breathe.
*Remember if you ever do anything wrong, chances are you are the only person who will notice.

A lot of people feel anxious on stage. Practice helps everything, so run through your act and try to get it right. Do it in front of your friends and family.

She always give talk at her workplace.
'I don't know myself. I just start talking and talking.'
Quite frustrating answer, right?
The tips then I learn, in order for you to get rid of stage fright is to talk more in front of people. Even though it might take quite some time.
Some of friends told me they usually have something in they hand (paper clips, rubber, pen etc). They will squeeze, turn it around and so whatever that can make them ease.
Even I saw a software company's representative playing (touch and turn around) her wedding ring while she do her presentation.
It is normal then to have stage fright, it's now how we handle it.
