it is noramal not to have boobs when you don't have your period, but if you don't get you period when you turn sixteen i would definately see a doctor

Boobs & period are not the most important things in life even though people may make it seem like they are. Your young, give yourself time to bloom. Believe me, from experience once you get your period you'll hate having it & wish you didn't so just enjoy the time you don't have it, theres nothing wrong with not having either one just yet your day will come & you will get everything all girls have & have to go through. Then you'll wish you didn't have it at all, hope this helps

I think I may be missing what your question is, however, I'll still try to help you out. Some girls are late bloomers, and nothing is wrong with that. You still have plenty of time to grow, and some don't start their periods until their sixteen. Be thankful.

Some girls grow slower than others. It just depends on your horomone levels. You're fine. I know a girl woh didn't start until she was 15. Don't worry about it sweetie. :]
