tabby14 answered Friday September 7 2007, 6:09 pm: well i am doing the same thing and i noticed i wasn't getting full but one day at school we had really spicy chicken so i had to drink tons of water with it and i got full in a matter of seconds. just drinky plenty of water and you will get full faster with less food. for healthy food i'd recommend like if you have chicken peal the skin of or the bread or just have grilled chicken. POP is bad. Drink 6-8 glasses of water because that helps your metabolism work better and faster so you can eat more. Always eat breakfast, If you don't when it comes lunchtime your starved to death and you eat alot and also why you go with out breakfast your body has to learn how to work on less calories so when you eat lunch you take in more calories than what your body needs. Also if you like mayonaise limit how much you use it because mayonaise is all fat. hope i helped. anymore questions just go to my page and ask. [ tabby14's advice column | Ask tabby14 A Question ]

What you can do about this is still eat those healthy food but incorparate fiber into your diet along with lean protein such as chicken, steak, etc.
