first off boys get 'boners' in the weirdest situations sometimes. i wouldnt jump to the conclusion that he is turned on by her and not you.

its probably just physical or she was trying to turn him on. my guy friends dont get turned on easily but we're just friends. so talk to your boyfriend about it. dont act angry just use a calm voice and ask him about it.

It really depends on the guy. My friend is in a really sweet, trustful, loyal relationship with somebody, and he was over my house and he got a boner. I'm sure it wasn't even from me.
But if your guy has a history of cheating, or flirting with other girls, I'd watch out.
